This garden is all about views. Where once a turning circle in front of the kitchen blocked the views, there is now in place beautiful space for family entertaining. Planting beds and lawn are now incorporated, so the clients can enjoy the magnificent views, colour and scent as soon as they step out of their house.

The use of Prunus lusitanica, under planted with key plants such as Aquilegia ‘Green Apples’ Epimedium ‘Niveam’, Galanthus, Galium odoratum, Scilla sibirica ‘Spring Beauty’ and Euphorbia amygdaloides, creates an attractive interesting evergreen screen and seasonal colour. 

Taxus balls edge the curving driveway and the main planting beds include a selection of beautiful shrub roses, such as Young Lycidas and Gertrude Jekyll. Key plants include; Nepeta ‘Walker Low’, Euphorbia characias ‘Black Pearl and amygdaloides var. robbiae, Gaura ‘Whirling Butterflies, Achillea ‘Summerwine’ and Paeonia Duchess de Nemours and Sarah Bernhardt, Penstemon ‘Blackbird’.
